After working for GE and North American Rockwell, Mr. Jubeck joined the Naval Air Test Center, NATC, and (now the Naval Air Warfare Center) in 1966 to flight test Navy and Marine helicopters. He has taken part in several special educational programs and post-graduate studies. He has held positions of Project Engineer, Section Supervisor, Test Program Manager, Department Chief Engineer, Test Directorate Chief Engineer and Technical Director of the Rotary Wing Aircraft Test Directorate. A member of the WVU MAE Advisory Committee, he obtained stateofthe-art instrumentation for the WVU educational and research flight test aircraft. Mr. Jubeck is active in the professional organizations of the American Helicopter Society and Society of Flight Test Engineers. He received the Paradis award as the outstanding NATC manager in 1984.
